android build tools 下面没有gradle,android studio 3.0:在gradle文件中找不到buildtoolsversion...

我最近安装了新的稳定版本的android studio(v3.0)。然后创建了一个新项目，没有任何问题。但是在应用程序级的buildToolsVersion文件中没有build.gradle字段。甚至我搜索了所有的项目文件(ctrlshiftf)，但什么也没找到！

这是什么意思？如何确定应用程序模块中的生成工具版本？
