linux svn has no url,svn：E170000：httpxxxx无法识别的URL方案

看起来自定义构建的svn不适用于http URL.在线搜索后,我明白我需要安装霓虹灯库.在我构建subversion时安装neon后,它在make时失败了.我试过干净再做,还有问题.没有任何改变,除了在/usr/local / subversion中仍然存在已安装的subversion版本.知道如何前进吗？
