Abstract：With the widely using of smart phones, more and more people tend to do some reading with their smart phones online. In order to improve the user experience of e-book reading, A picture "cascade" reading platform with customization features and social interactive features has been designed and developed . The paper designs and implements the server system of mobile reader platform. It focuses on the design of whole system and various functional modules of the system, and gives the flow chart and block diagram of the main modules along with the database design.
