介绍

The TeleOffice application for android allows users subscribed to the TeleOffice service to join meetings hosted using TeleOffice and view the meeting content with it updating as the presenter changes their view. TeleOffice provides support for video conferences and online Webbased conferences via a cloudbased service. Currently, many companies in Japan and overseas are introducing video conferences and online Webbased conferences as an initiative to make business operations more efficient and reduce costs. TeleOffice enables all participants to share conferencing reference materials using tablet PCs, eliminating the need to distribute hardcopy paper documents. TeleOffice enabled conference rooms contains largescreen LCDs with touchscreen capabilities, allowing users to enlarge and reduce the content displayed on the screen, and to use a touchpen stylus to make handwritten annotations, including text and drawings, directly on the screen image. The result is highquality collaborative communications with a realistic sense of actually being present. This system will yield dramatic reductions in total costs by integrating all aspects of online meetingsfrom setting up the conference to actual operation.
