oracle12没有sh用户,oracle linux 7.3上安装12.2.0.1单实例，GI执行root.sh失败

生产环境安装12.2.0.1单实例的时候，在GI执行root.sh失败。

解决方法：

Workaround:

Rename the directory to root.bak under .../scls_scr/{nodenanme} and re-run root.sh

or

- clean up all directories under .../scls_scr

- clean all directories under /var/tmp/.oracle

- deconfig ohasd as in below example and re-run root.sh

//crs/install/roothas.pl -deconfig -force

./root.sh
