java lines,java – 为什么Files.lines(和类似的Streams)不会自动关闭？

Stream的javadoc状态：

Streams have a BaseStream.close() method and implement AutoCloseable, but nearly all stream instances do not actually need to be closed after use. Generally, only streams whose source is an IO channel (such as those returned by Files.lines(Path, Charset)) will require closing. Most streams are backed by collections, arrays, or generating functions, which require no special resource management. (If a stream does require closing, it can be declared as a resource in a try-with-resources statement.)

因此，绝大多数时间可以使用Streams在一个单行中，如collection.stream()。forEach(System.out :: println);但是对于Files.lines和其他资源支持的流，必须使用try-with-resources语句或其他泄漏资源。

这让我很容易出错，不必要。由于Streams只能重复一次，在我看来，没有一种情况，即File.line的输出一经迭代就不应该被关闭，因此实现应该简单地在任何终端操作。我错了吗
