1) Unzip and upload all the file in test.tar.gz to your server

2) Create the database (MySQL), notices that please note down the a) Databse name; b) login user; c) Password

3) Unzip the enclosed file tl_test.sql.zip, run it by MySql, there will be total 12 tables if success.

4) please set the permission of the folders under "upload" to "777" (Read, write, excute for all user)

5) modify the information of config.inc.php, by your a) Databse name; b) login user; c) Password

第一步我晓的是什么意思,是说解压出test.tar.gz到服务器上

第二步说创建一个mysql的数据库的名称，可是我该怎么创建呢，在FTP上面根本就看不到创建那个mysql的东东，

还有第三步说把tl_test.sql.zip这个压缩包要在mysql上面运行，该如何运行呢，后面那句if success是说如果成功的话，我只理解这一点
