java重新开始循环_从头开始重新启动while循环/ java

我有一个tic tac toe游戏,我需要一直玩,然后询问用户是否想再玩一次 .

我不知道如何清除数组并从循环开始 .

我在代码的最底部有一个方法,我认为可能会工作,但没有太多运气 .
