2.HEKY_LOCAL_MACHINE--->SOFTWARE--->Microsoft--->Windows--->CurrentVersion--->Policies--->System

3.EnableLUA 属性 值设为1

4.重启电脑

网上就没有中文释义。。传说中的大神呢。。

简而言之，就是一个布尔值，控制用户是否具有UAC指定的改变计算机的权力。不过，InvoQiu就是管理员账户，为毛一直被这个问题困扰。。。
