crm显示服务器错误,本地安装，和线上服务器安装提示成功了，进入后台地址就显示服务器内部错误，急急急11!!!!!!...

点击进入后台就是这样的报错界面：

我在服务器上也装了一遍，一样提示这样的报错，有咩有哪位大神帮帮忙看看哪里出错了。根目录下.env配置文件数据库配置和服务器数据库一致也咩有啥问题，奇怪了。
