1、获得网络访问权限

配置AndroidManifest.xml

1、创建HttpURLConnection对象

创建一个URL对象

URL url = new URL(urlStr);// urlStr为url地址

// 创建一个Http连接

HttpURLConnection httpUrlConn = (HttpURLConnection) url

.openConnection();

2、获得一个输入流

httpUrlConn.getInputStream();

3、获得访问SD卡权限

配置AndroidManifest.xml

4、获得当前设备SD卡目录

String SDPATH = Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory()+ "/"; // 往SD卡目录下写文件，故加 /

5、写入SD卡
