java.lang.Math.ceil()返回大于或等于自变量且等于最接近的数学整数的双精度值。笔记：

如果参数为Integer，则结果为Integer。

如果自变量是NaN或无穷大或正零或负零，则结果与自变量相同。

如果参数值小于零但大于-1.0，则结果为负零。

用法:

public static double ceil(double a)

a:the argument whose ceil value is to be determined

返回： This method returns the double value that is greater than or equal

to the argument and is equal to the nearest mathematical integer.
