程序 1：

　　Fault : 该程序的故障是，它是以索引 1 结束 for 循环，而不是以索引 0 结束循环，这样它每次都会漏过数组中的第一个元素。

　　A test case that does not execute the fault. (Reachability) : x = null, y = 5

　　A test case that executes the fault, but does not result in an error state : x = [5], y = 5

　　A test case that results in an error, but not a failure : x = [2, 3, 5], y = 5

 

程序 2：

　　Fault : 改程序的故障是，for 循环应该从数组的最后一个元素遍历到第一个元素，而不是从第一个元素到最后一个元素

　　A test case that does not execute the fault. (Reachability) : x = null

　　A test case that executes the fault, but does not result in an error state : x = [0]

　　A test case that results in an error, but not a failure : x = [2, 3, 0]
