痛苦的Windows下的temp目录

2007不能运行了，错误：

[MSBuild Error] “DCC”任务意外失败。

其中蛛丝马迹就是windows目录下有个temp目录被什么电脑管家之类的把权限收掉了，导致这样的错误！
