/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/clscfg.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libcap.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

解决办法：

1.因缺少一个包而引起: yum install compat-libcap1-*。

2.Oracle bug :出现pa user cert的时候在另一个窗口不停的执行下面的命令，直到命令执行成功

/bin/dd if=/var/tmp/.oracle/npohasd of=/dev/null bs=1024 count=1
