ubuntu 12.10 enable color support of ls and also add handy aliases

~/.bashrc 这个文件中有

这么一段，本来是没有注释的，但是发现它并没有被读取， source ~/.bashrc 后是有效过果的。于是把它注释掉，copy到~/.bash_profile即可。
