关于设置全局证书认证

项目遇到一个问题需要所有本地账户可以使用同一个安全证书访问链接。解决步骤如下：

1. To add the Certificates snap-in to an MMC for a computer account (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc754431.aspx)
2. Click Start, type mmc in the Search programs and files box, and then press ENTER.
3. On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in.
4. Under Available snap-ins, double-click Certificates.
5. Select Computer account, and then click Next.
6. Click Local computer, and then click Finish.
7. Open Certificates(Local Computer)-->Trusted Root Certification Authorities -->Certificates
8. 加入证书文件。
