解读：看看团队开发版本的pod是否一致 ，

终端命令：

sudo gem install -n /usr/local/bin cocoapods -v 1.3.1（升级的指定版本号）

再看ruby版本是否一致

 

修改命令如下

打开终端：

echo '[[ -s "$HOME/.rvm/scripts/rvm" ]] && . "$HOME/.rvm/scripts/rvm"' >>~/.bashrc

source ~/.bashrc

ruby -v

rvm use 2.4.4--default（指定版本号）
