针对不同服务器的解决方案：

X86:

c:\windows\system32\regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Binn\dts.dll"

X64:

c:\windows\syswow64\regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Binn\dts.dll"

 

注册成功之后，重启SQL Server Management Studio即可。
