oracle+鼠标转圈,ORACLE Form 鼠标形态 CURSOR_STYLE

Oracle Forms Builder中，常会出现等待后台调用pck或者等待请求运行的情形。

等待过程中，为了更友善地展现当前状态，防止用户方误操作，常会使用变更鼠标形态的方式。

oracle form内置函数 SET_APPLICATION_PROPERTY 的 CURSOR_STYLE 属性可以实现这一功能。SET_APPLICATION_PROPERTY(CURSOR_STYLE, 'BUSY'); --忙碌状态

SET_APPLICATION_PROPERTY(CURSOR_STYLE, 'DEFAULT'); --普通状态

比如，WIN Aero鼠标方案，忙碌状态为有个转动的圆圈。
