   textFieldFunction.placeholder = @"請選擇職能";
 
   textFieldFunction.backgroundColor = [UIColor whiteColor];
 
   textFieldFunction.tag = 4;  // tag this control so we can remove it later for recycled cells

   textFieldFunction.enabled = NO;

   [cell addSubview:textFieldFunction];
