         5 . I feel that there  is a good balance between  work and the rest of my life .

         6 . I find a outlet for my creativity in my current position .

         7 . The diferent part of my life seems to fit together well .

         8 . I analyze my previous position move and desitions . 

         9 . I keep up to date with the current state of the employment  market .

         10. I network with friends  and associates  so that i can get news about vacancies.

         11. I work with others  to keep my skills current and topical .

         12. In each post I working at building my skills for next one .

         13. I am often involved in some type of formal leaning activety.

         14. I work out what I can contribute to each position I apply for.

         15. I thoroughly research each new position avaliable .

         16. I use internet to help me with reseach into the employment issues.

         17. I make a note of my achievement and successes when they occurs . 

         18. I plan for performance reviews  and make full note in advance of event.

         19. I try to grasp the learning point of any career disasters. 

         20. I try to learn from disapointment and keep positive frame of mind .   

         21. I resist moaning and avoid becoming cynical about my job.
