1.TF255275：不能访问到ReportService的web service.

3.TF218027：新建团队项目出错

提示TF218027错误：

1、打开http://servername/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx报表这个页面

2、选择属性->新建角色分配->填写windows系统用户或者组（登录账户）->内容管理员

3、选择右上角站点设置

4、安全性->新建系统角色分配->填写windows系统用户或者组（登录账户）->系统管理员

或者在ReportService中配置服务账户为当前账户。
