HSI impact crusher power save design hits market

 

In mining machinery industry, many stone crusher manufacturers are making efforts to research and develop new types of machines. The new HSI crusher possessed a revolutionary chamber design resulting in greater reduction ratios. It claimed the crusher was able to produce products with two curtains, while competitors required three-curtain crushers to produce the same.
The CI511/512 impact crusher is equipped with an infinite hydraulic curtain adjustment combined with a brake positioning system relieving pressure and setting when uncrushable objects enter the crusher. Sandvik said that no hydraulic power was required during normal operation, saving on operating power and reducing total power consumption. Freedonia also forecast a slowdown in sales of bulldozers and off-highway trucks, which are expected to see annual growth of +5.3% between 2010 and 2015, compared to annual growth of +16.2% between 2005 and 2010. This segment is expected to be worth CNY 9.6 billion (US$ 1.5 billion) by 2015.
It added that a key safety interlock system ensured safe maintenance of the crusher, especially in multiple installations.
Sales of parts and attachments, meanwhile, are forecast to increase +7% per year between 2010 and 2015, compared to annual growth of +32% between 2005 and 2010. Sales in this segment are expected to reach CNY 31.6 billion (US$ 4.9 billion) in 2015. The ability to raise curtains during operation without stopping the crusher to clear blockages and reset automatically to operating setting, maximised uptime and reduced the need for heavy lifting gear and operator and maintenance intervention, according to Sandvik, which added that it reduced further health and safety risks.
Sand production line is defined according to the material types, the finished products including stones and artificial sand, as well as it called stone crushing production line.  It seems like the combination of Stone production line and sand production line. In the factory of road construction and construction, which often needs stones and sand  production line together, the set of the production line equipment can satisfy the application to stone and artificial sand production in the same time. "These technological improvements, coupled with pricing advantages due to relatively low production costs, will stimulate growth in shipments of all types of construction machinery by Chinese producers.  As a result of such improvements, China will erase its trade deficit in construction ball mill machine and become a net exporter," the report said.
Freedonia said the Chinese government's 12th Five-Year Plan aimed to encourage domestic producers to upgrade their products and improve innovation in product development, so as to maintain sustainable growth.
