Failed to read artifact descriptor for avalon-framework:avalon-framewor

myeclips导入maven项目以后出现如下错误信息：

ArtifactDescriptorException: Failed to read artifact descriptor for avalon-framework:avalon-framework-api:jar:4.1.5-dev: ArtifactResolutionException: Failure to transfer avalon-framework:avalon-framework-api:pom:4.1.5-dev from https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/ was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of xerces has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact avalon-framework:avalon-framework-api:pom:4.1.5-dev from/to xerces (https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/): Connect times out pom.xml/jeewx line 1Maven Dependency Problem

解决办法：

一、修改.m2/repository/avalon-framework/avalon-framework-api/里所有的xml文件，把
<version>4.1.5-dev</version>
这一行删掉
二、把.m2/repository/avalon-framework/avalon-framework-api/4.1.5-dev/文件夹删掉。

三、刷新maven配置，右键工程节点，选择Maven4MyEclipse-Update Project Configuration
