com.android.tools.build,Could not find com.android.tools.build:gradle:2.2.2 2.3.2

On updating to android 3.0, it's showing the following error:

can't resolve com.android.tools.build:gradle:2.3+ dependency.

MavenCentral() already included in build.gradle file:

repositories {

mavenCentral()

}

For me the init.gradle file missing inside the path

C:\Users\Username\.gradle\

On adding init.gradle file to the above path, code build successfully.
