Could not start the service on local computer. Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start ...

部署一个Windows Service程序到服务器，启动服务的时候就报这个错：

Could not start the service on local computer. Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

服务也卸载不了，还是报错，服务器重启还是不行，最终把服务放到本地，启动，竟然跳出vs的debuge，点进去一看，竟然是一个配置sql文件错了，改过来就好了，分享出来，给可能被这个问题困扰的同志们。

如果发现这个错误，先部署到本地试试。
