摘 要：运动目标的检测跟踪是视频理解技术和计算机视觉的研究热点，其在解决智能视频监控，人机交互，智能交通系统

等领域有着广泛而重要的应用，基于此利用matIab平台构建出usB摄像头实时图像采集处理系，从视频流采集到处理综合利用

了背景估测，图像分割，目标检测与跟踪算法准确高效地检测出环境场景中的动态目标，并成功地对其进行实时追踪。利用

最终利用多次试验，对室内和室外运动目标实现检测跟踪，验证了系统处理实际问题的可靠性能。
