ZigBee Device Object Bind Request

这个构建绑定的方式相对简单，且看英文说明：

any device or application can send a ZDO message to another device (over the air) to build a binding record for that other device in the network.  This is called Assisted Binding and it will create abinding entry for the sending device.

请注意绑定表在发送设备中，也长称为源设备，那么绑定表的维护也肯定是源设备了。
