Living in Canada

As a immigrant lives in Canada, it is not very easy to get a professional job depend on your professional job. In my city, If you professional job is oil and related job. It's easy to find a job.but I am a computer programmer, It's hard. So I chosed to learn english first and then go to another school to learn computer just want to get a certificate.
