I am currently doing a project for the College Magazine,

I am stuck up at a stage, I want the end users to be able to submit their Articles to the website. I am doing it using Java.

With DB2 as the database, So can any one please help me out for how it can be done?

It seems you need can easily work with a small CMS or blog engine. try to see if you could integrate some lightweight CMS or blog-engine.

If you need to write the complete code then perhaps this[^] can guide you in architecture and data flow but you will have to translate it to java your self.
