制作u盘启动

sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Big\ Sur.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/u盘 --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Big\ Sur.app/

Ready to start.

To continue we need to erase the volume at /Volumes/u盘.

If you wish to continue type (Y) then press return: Y

使用是vm16版本，默认不支持mac os

使用unlocker工具解锁，使vm支持apple mac os

Windows: download, extract and start win-install.cmd as administrator

配置连接U盘后，会从U盘启动安装
