macos10.13 mysql_mysql-8.0.12-macos10.13-x86_64 启动失败，如何解决？

问题描述

我去年就在mac上安装过mysql，使用没问题，后来可能是由于系统更新，运行报错，所以我根据网上教程删除了先前的文件，重新在官网下载了最新版mysql-8.0.12-macos10.13-x86_64

问题出现的平台版本及自己尝试过哪些方法

试图在系统偏好里面启动：

但是点击 Start MySQL Server时，没有反应，依旧是红色的圆点，并没有变绿。

试图在terminal启动：

但是报错，于是查看错误日志：

查看了stackoverflow 和 segmentfault 都没有解决我的问题(可能因为我自身水平低)，希望有人能针对我的情况，给出具体的对策
