现象：

在VMware Workstation中安装Windows操作系统时出现：”Windows找不到Microsoft软件许可条款。请确保安装源有效,然后重新启动安装”错误提示。

英文的版本显示：“Windows Cannot Find the Microsoft Software License Terms”。

解决办法：

1.出现上述界面后，将虚拟机关机；

2.编辑虚拟机设置；

3.找到并移除软盘设备（如上图）。

4.重新启动虚拟机即可解决；然后姐可以顺利进入正常的安装界面了；

网上有很多网友分享需要选中"安全启动"选项或者使用BIOS启动模式、更换安装介质、虚拟机删除重建等等，我测试下来都是没有作用的。
