php artisan 出错,使用laravel artisan migrate时出现PHP致命错误

我在使用5.3版的Laravel时遇到了问题。这个

php artisan migrate

指挥部在当地运作良好。但命令不在服务器上侦听。

服务器有PHP 7.0/mariadb-10.0.x/UTF-8/HTTP2.0/Apache2。
