oracle修改listener.ora,~~为什么修改Listener.ora后监听没跟着改变？

修改了listener.ora将

(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = localhost.localdomain)(PORT = 1521))

改为

(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = localhost)(PORT = 1521))

为什么

为何重启动监听后

显示

为什么？！！
