摘要：通过试验和数值模拟对不同形式的热管散热器散热冷却特性进行了分析比较，主要包括散热器底板下表面的

温度场分布、热管的设置方式、当量对流换热系数、压降等几方面对散热器性能的影响。为了验证数值模拟结果的正确

性，与红外热像仪测取的热像进行了对 比。研究表明散热器底板 内热管的排列方式是影响散热器散热性能的主要因素

之一 ，并且热管沿横 向排列更有利于散热 。
