摘要

本系统根据数据挖掘理论,通过设计问卷调查表,对全院历届上过《C语言程序设计》的同学及教师进行抽样调查,对调查所得的数据经权重动态地转化成维表,再由维表动态地转化成适合数据挖掘的事实表。从事实表中随机抽取大约三分之一的数据形成测试集,剩下大约三分之二的数据形成建模集。通过对建模集采用判定树和贝叶斯两种数据挖掘算法来建立模型,对所建模型进行评估,当达到一定的精度时就保存该模型,并利用该模型对学生第一次参加等级考试的过级情况进行预测。通过对影响学生参加等级考试过级情况的各种因素分析,利用统计学中的概率建立决策模型,完成对学生过级情况的决策分析。通过对教师所教学生的过级率以及学生对教师评价的各种数据分析,利用模糊综合评判法和权重评价法对教师教学质量进行综合评价。本系统的研制拓宽了数据挖掘分析方法的应用领域,促进了数据挖掘分析理论的发展,同时也为教师教学和学生学习提供一套科学评价的新方法[1]。

According to fundamental theory of data mining, some sample questionnaire forms are designed to survey students who took the course - Program Design in C, the survey results are converted into dimensional tables with an appropriate data weight algorithm, and dynamically converted dimensional tables into fact tables. One third of data is extracted to build the test collection and used the rest of data to build modeling collection. Through decision tree and Naive Bayes algorithm, the data mining model is built and evaluated, saved it while satisfing the predefined precision degree. The accepted data mining model can predict whether students taking c-level test first time to pass it or not with all factors, the decision model is used to analyze the probability of students who can pass the test. Through the probability and course evaluation results, college can evaluate the teaching quality based on two algorithms-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and weight evaluation algorithm. In the paper, the system extends the data mining application field, makes a small step in developing data mining theory, and provides teachers and students a new scientific evaluation method.
