计算机网课课堂评价语,网络授课如何“高效”评价学生作业(附实用评语)

现在网课铺天盖地,老师在网上授课,学生在网上提交作业,老师对学生的作业进行反馈。很多老师都反映花在批改作业上的时间太多,是平时的两三倍。

那么怎样才能把评价学生的作业做得有效果而且有效率呢?

老师评价学生的作业,应该注意以下原则:

评价要真正出于关爱。

不管是表扬还是批评,都要发自内心为学生的进步、成长助力。

一味表扬和批评都不好。即使不认真学习的学生,也绝不是傻子。几乎所有的学生,从小学生到到大学生,不管成绩再差,都有感受老师真心实意还是虚情假意的能力。

老师评价学生,心里一定要有人,不要自顾自己过瘾。特别是个别老师习惯忍不住要对学生挖苦讽刺一番,切记避免。

评价要有针对性、要具体

学生情况不一样,犯的错千差万别,如果老师千人一词,学生觉得你不是对他说话,忽视他。

从心理学上讲,每个人都希望被重视,被特别对待。老师的不认真几乎一定会导致学生的不认真。他是跟着你学的。

我们很多人使用阿里钉钉,里面有评价的套话,但是这些话,根本没有针对性,更不要说学科的具体情况,只有“好”、“你真棒”、“有进步” 、“你真了不起”,这样的话过于空洞,对学生没有任何帮助,而且有些话是很肉麻的虚伪。

还有的老师更是简单省事,弄个表情包或符号,每天都是一个赞,看不出有什么真心的付出。学生好,好在哪里?学生不好,又不好在哪里?如何改进?

还有,就是好,也分不同的层次,好得完美,非常好, 一般好等等。

评价积极创新、丰富多彩

避免千篇一律,单一死板。如果这样,学生就会对教师的评价失去兴趣。

每天都收到你同样的评价,他知道你没有把他放在心上,敷衍了事。要不断创新,花样翻新。我们可以这样说,评价学生也应该是一种创造。

如果你的评价精彩、具体、贴切,如果还幽默风趣,对学生就会充满吸引力。学生喜欢读你的精彩的评语,教育就开始了。

遗憾的是,我们几乎天天见到的就是good, OK, 你真棒。换位思考,你不觉得无聊吗?

评价尽量做到价值最大化

评价学生,不仅是我们教师完成教学任务的必要环节,而且要充分挖掘它的价值,尽量利用这个阵地和机会发挥多元价值,体现多样功能。

努力把学生阅读你的评价作为学习的机会,审美的机会,教育的机会。成功的评价会有外显和内隐的价值,以及双向价值。

从学生方面说,学生学会知识、方法和技能;体会老师的鼓励和关爱,感受到老师的才华和和素养,从而亲其师而信其道。

学生还可以学习如何好好说话,得体说话,学会对别人鼓励和表扬,以及委婉的提醒,提高学生的情商。教育无处、无时不在。

对老师来说,不断提高评价学生的质量,是一种巨大的挑战,它要求老师不断学习和积累专业学科知识和教育心理学等方面的广博知识,且要开启脑洞,持续创新。

在此过程中,老师的综合能力获得提升,教育素养得到发展。更主要的是,这样迫使老师不得不更深入地研究学生,研究学生的表现和发展,提升了教师的职业责任感和教育情怀,更好地提升自己的教育素养。

怎样才能做到评价既要有效又高效?

建立自己的“评价库”!

收集与分类

老师利用以往的经验以及学习,把学生的作业优点和问题收集起来详细梳理,分门别类。

例如:表扬的,态度的,指出错误的,期望鼓励的,提醒的、具体的,比如语法、词汇、阅读、写作、口语、书写等等。

分类之后再细分

大类分好之后,每一个又细分层次,比如表扬的,分为纯表扬,表扬加提醒的,表扬加批评的。

表扬里面又分程度高低,比如“好”可以分为:完美、非常好、 不错、可以。错误类型,比如语法,语法下面具体分名词、动词、主谓一致等等。口语又分发音,流利度,音调等。

做到有序、变换和丰富

将分类做好之后,就往里面不断填充内容。在每一个栏目里,按评价程度高低,难易高低排列,尽可能丰富。

下面以英语科目为例。

一是不断变换词汇,比如评价好:nice, fine, great, wonderful, amazing, brilliant, splendid, terrific, marvelous等,按由易到难,由学生熟悉到陌生的顺序排列,有序排列可以在使用的时候迅速找到适合的评语。

二是不断变换句型, 陈述句,感叹句,祈使句,疑问句等不断变换。

三是收集名言警句,金句,网络时尚流行语,拉近师生距离,增强趣味性。

四是不断充实和丰富,可以借鉴他人的,可以自己不断思考创新。这样学生和老师都有新鲜感和成就感。

五是口头和书面交替。现在网上上课支持语音和书面评价。

活学活用

不断将新学的学科知识融入其中,活学活用,特别是英语的的词汇和句型。

比如刚学了词汇fascinating, 就可以在最近的评价里用,如:How fascinating your handwriting/voice is!

学了frustrated, 就可以立马用来安慰鼓励那些最近表现欠佳的同学,如:Don’t be frustrated, please. 这个可以推广到句子层面。

学了感叹句,最近多用感叹句评价,学了倒装句,就多用倒装句评价,如:What amazing progress you have made! Never have I seen you perform so well.

增加互动表达

老师要经常表达对学生的期望,感谢,鼓励,担心,以及感受和态度,拉近师生距离。

如:Hope you do better next time. /Looking forward to seeing your correction. /Congratulation!/ My goodness! It is my great pleasure to look at your work. /Thank you for such a wonderful job. /I’ m very pleased with your progress./ What’ up these days?

评价库建立起来了,老师的效率自然就得到提高,复制粘贴加微调。用心建立的评价库,比老师每次临时挖空心思有效果有效率。

在建立和丰富评价库的过程中,学生获得方方面面的收获,老师更是满满的创造的快乐,近乎一劳永逸的轻松,扎扎实实的自我提高。对学生作业的评价,绝对不是枯燥乏味的苦差,不可开发的荒漠,而是丰富多彩,其乐无穷,大有可为的天地。

以下是笔者自己在教学中积累的,针对学生常见情况与问题的评语。为了实用起见(有些学生基础较差),有些用汉语。希望对各位同仁有帮助,更希望得到您的建议和意见。

第一部分非具体知识的评价

一、对学业整体表现的表扬(由简单到复杂)

词汇

冠词的使用是短板,再针对性复习。/

注意比较的对象要有可比性。/

倍数比较级的三种句型。再复习必修一模块5的过关单。/

注意动词的时态和语态。注意主动语态与被动语态的结构与应用。/

要准确区分时态的用法与结构。/

注意动词的谓语形式与非谓语形式的区别。/

注意时态的概念、用法和结构。/

注意主谓一致。/

注意有些句子不止一个谓语动词。有些句子动词都没有。/

注意介词的搭配。/
