• 原因：

当前linux系统gcc版本是gcc 7.4，尝试过降到gcc 5.5也报了同样的错
gcc版本太高，pip中uwsgi的包比较旧，不匹配

• 解决方案一：

安装低版本gcc

#查看当前系统安装所有版本的gcc
ls /usr/bin/gcc* -l 
#如果gcc有5以下的版本
