oracle rac启动报错,oracle 11g RAC asm无法启动

oracle 11g RAC  asm无法启动，报错：ASMCMD-8102: no connection to ASM; command requires ASM to run

环境变量如下：

PS查看asm进程，结果如下，不知道为什么有这么多root用户启动的grid相关进程。
