       <dependency>
            <groupId>com.paypal.springboot</groupId>
            <artifactId>resteasy-spring-boot-starter</artifactId>
            <version>2.3.4-RELEASE</version>
            <scope>runtime</scope>
        </dependency>

升级到2.3.4 需要在 application.properties中增加配置：

#resteasy
server.context-parameters.resteasy.role.based.security=true

旧版本不需要配置application.properties

       <dependency>
            <groupId>com.paypal.springboot</groupId>
            <artifactId>resteasy-spring-boot-starter</artifactId>
            <version>2.3.0-RELEASE</version>
            <scope>runtime</scope>
        </dependency>
