1. Locate the file at /usr/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrvMars01/config/cells/mars01Cell01/security.xml

2. Find the "authDataEntries" tag and then get the password attribute.

3. Open console and goto directory /usr/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer,
   encode: java -cp plugins/com.ibm.ws.runtime.jar:lib/bootstrap.jar:runtimes/com.ibm.jaxws.thinclient_7.0.0.jar com.ibm.ws.security.util.PasswordEncoder password
   decode: java -cp plugins/com.ibm.ws.runtime.jar:lib/bootstrap.jar:runtimes/com.ibm.jaxws.thinclient_7.0.0.jar com.ibm.ws.security.util.PasswordDecoder {xor}Lz4sLCgwLTs=
