使用的BOX 【Ubuntu precise 64 VirtualBox】:

Vagrant1.8.5

VirtualBox5.1.4

会发生无法通过Vagrantfile修改hostname的问题。

解决方案：

https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/issues/7625

根据上面的回复编辑生成/etc/os-release，重新vagrant package 生成新的box，使用这个box即可。
