html表格边框和线条不同颜色,使用CSS使用不同边框颜色的HTML外部和内部表格

我在另一个表格内部有一个HTML表格。两个表的样式都是在CSS中定义的。我想要不同边框颜色的内部和外部表格。但不知何故内表正在采用外表的边框颜色。下面是代码 -使用CSS使用不同边框颜色的HTML外部和内部表格
