windows下执行：certreq -new request.inf acme.csr　 生成证书申请文件。

linux下执行：openssl x509 -req -days 3650 -in acme.csr -CA ca.crt -CAkey ca.key -set_serial 01 -out acme.crt ，签发证书

windows下执行：certreq -accept acme.crt

AD里导入证书
