during which a potentially releasable product increment is created

A Product Owner
Scrum Team or Development Team

User Stories(用户故事)

commonly used to describe the product features and will
form part of the Scrum Artifacts – Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog

Sample:
作为一个<Type of User> ,
我想<To Perform Some Task> ,
这样<I can achieve some goal/benefit/value> 。

Burn-Down Charts(燃尽图)

Burn-Down Chart shows the remaining effort in day-wise number of hours

Estimation(预估)

The objective of the Estimation would be to consider the User Stories for the Sprint
by Priority and by the Ability of the team to deliver during the Time Box of the Sprint.

The Scrum Estimation of User Stories is in terms of the degree of difficulty for each
of the User Stories

Spike(刺突,like POC, or Prototype or MVP)

A task aimed at answering a question or gathering information, rather
than at producing shippable product. Sometimes a user story is generated
that cannot be well estimated until the development team does some actual
work to resolve a technical question or a design problem. The solution is
to create a “spike,” which is some work whose purpose is to provide the
answer or solution.
