今天在用rz上传一个tar.gz文件到centos时，总是出错。百度之，使用参数b和e即可正常上传。

-b, --binary
              Binary (tell it like it is) file transfer override.
强制二进制上传（文件选择框里也不要选ascii）
-e, --escape
              Force  sender  to  escape  all  control characters; normally XON, XOFF, DLE, CR-@-CR, and
              Ctrl-X are escaped.
强制转义所有控制字符
