ACCOUNTABILITIES：Key Accountabilities are statements outlining the required end results of a role. They are made up of what results are expected (output) and how these are achieved (input).

PERFORMANCE MEASURES：Performance Measurement captures the successful accomplishment of the Key Accountabilities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES：Review and analyze business requirement with business user. Documents finding and builds USE case for developer 

PERFORMANCE MEASURES：30%

ACCOUNTABILITIES：Review/Define system design solution with developer based on USE Case

PERFORMANCE MEASURES：10%

ACCOUNTABILITIES：Perform gap analysis between completed function with original requirement

PERFORMANCE MEASURES：10%

ACCOUNTABILITIES：Organize Iteration review with business User. Demo completed function, document user feedback

PERFORMANCE MEASURES：15%

ACCOUNTABILITIES：Participate integration testing with QA team and guild business user for pilot test and UAT 

PERFORMANCE MEASURES：5%

ACCOUNTABILITIES：Perform end user training including writing training material and acting as trainer

PERFORMANCE MEASURES：15%

ACCOUNTABILITIES： Perform system go-life preparation include writing user manual, provide go-life onsite support, assist in writing communication material

PERFORMANCE MEASURES：10%

ACCOUNTABILITIES：Participate trouble shooting after system go life

PERFORMANCE MEASURES：5%
