整了个bat，每周末自动备份下所有虚拟机，并将log写到文本文件里；

指令及参数为：

vcbMounter.exe -h IP -u admin -p password -a name:vmname -r D:\VMName  -M 1 -m nbd

今天上班，细看下log，有台虚机备份失败，留下一条报错讯息：

[2010-09-17 21:20:34.918 'vcbMounter' 1568 error] Error: Other error encountered: Snapshot creation failed: Could not quiesce file system.

关键时候靠Google ，得到一句话：

To resolve this，Disable the VSS Support feature in the VMware Tools.

VM> Guest> Install/Upgrade VMware Tools

（提醒：不要试图通过控制面板得到如下的界面）

对"Volume Shadow Copy Services Support" Feature 作修改

重启后，再次运行vcbMounter成功。

但对出现这种情况的前因后果还不了解，有时，虚拟机的虚拟内存不足也会导致出现此类报错，这种情况只需重启下就可以；具体的原因，有待进一步深究......
